Introducing the Zurmang Kagyud Buddhist Centre Hong Kong
Since 2000, Our Spiritual leader, His Eminence 12th Zurmang Gharwang Rinpoche has visited Hong Kong annually for all kinds of dharma lectures and Buddhist ceremonies. The 12th Zurmang Gharwang Rinpoche established the dharma centers with the aim of propagating the pure teachings of Lord Buddha Sakyamuni, as well as promoting Tibetan Buddhism, especially the Zurmang Kagyud Lineage Tradition.
The blessings of the Triple Gems are so great, the Zurmang Kagyud Hong Kong Buddhist Centre has been established since 2004. The Dharma Centre would be the venue for Buddhism courses to be held, prayers, ceremonies, blessings, offerings, talks, and any other activities of Zurmang Kagyud. Our resident lamas provide their blessings and prayers in order to bring people close to the Dharma, to help and benefit sentient beings.
Specific events such as Pujas, Dharma talks and other ceremonies are held every year whenever Rinpoche visits Hong Kong. Ideally, the Dharma Centre should become the residence of Rinpoche and his lamas during their visits to Hong Kong.
The upkeep and maintenance of the ZKBC is made possible by the donations of the Dharma brothers and sisters as well as our lay friends.
Our aim is to raise money towards the purchase of a property which will become the Dharma Centre in Hong Kong. To flourish, this project needs your contributions.
